Surrogate's Court Candidate Anderson Gets Another Club Endorsement

Michael Oliva, the campaign manager for Surrogate's Court candidate Nora Anderson, just emailed to say that Anderson won the endorsement of the Chelsea Midtown Democratic Club.

According to the campaign's tally, that makes 10 club endorsements for Anderson, although the other two candidates--John Reddy and Milton Tingling--have also earned club support in this competitive race. Tingling took the county endorsement.

Roskoff gives his endorsement to anyone who supports his plethora of consultant services.

Yeah, if you actually look at where her support comes from, and then see who is active in those clubs, it is easy to spot the fact that there are a lot of people on her payroll in these clubs--no wonder she gets their endorsements.

If Nora has so much suppoort why doesn't she come uptown? She knows we have uptown support locked and has absolutely no cred whatsoever. Stay downtown.

So let me get this straight - Nora has employed enough people in every club to win 10 clubs around Manhattan? Wow!

Nora is all over uptown. If you haven't noticed, you will. Ready?

=)

I've dealt with Nora. She's very smart, but she's entirely unprofessional, exploitative, willful and just plain greedy. I do not recommend her for NY county Surrogate.

If Seth Rubenstein wanted to be Manhattan Surrogate that badly, why didn't he just run for the office? Instead he buys Nora Anderson for $225,000 and gets to run the court from behind her pretty face. Anyone who thinks that $225,000 loan will be repaid is crazy. That was the cost of buying Nora as a front person. The court will be run Seth Rubenstein. This is clearly corruption before Nora and Seth ever take the bench.
