While Tatum O'Neal paid for her spring crack bust with two half-day drug-treatment sessions, a $96 fine, and one night in prison, the man who sold her the drugs spent six weeks on Rikers Island followed by deportation, according to the New York Post.

Allen Garcia, the 33-year-old homeless panhandler who sold her the crack in May, walked out of the prison on Tuesday into the arms of immigration officials, who then began his deportation proceedings.

Ms. O'Neal must've had a better lawyer.

Nick Kasoff - The Thug Report (not verified) says:

Are you saying that an immigrant (legal or not?) drug dealer should not have received far stricter treatment at the hands of the law than a mere addict? How absurd.

Peter Schaeffer (not verified) says:

Wow, could it be like... maybe... the dealer was an illegal alien? No, not even possible. Illegal aliens are just come here to work as busboys and airplance hijackers. Now San Francisco has a "problem" with illegal alien mass murderers. Newark has a "problem" will illegal killers. But New York? Never.

LOL! - Great headline. All crack dealers should be deported, citizen or non-citizen.
